Culinary Philosophy: My approach to cooking is centered around fresh, organic ingredients, bold flavours, and creative combinations. I draw inspiration from a variety of global cuisines, and I love experimenting with new techniques and ideas.
Education & Experience: I have over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, including a degree in catering . I’ve worked in events and restaurants in England and countries all around the world which includes Spain where I live.
Some of my favourite things to make includes Venezuelan arepas, creative vegetable dishes, and plant-based desserts. I also have expertise in raw food preparation and gluten-free baking.
